A Franciacorta for the best occasions, with a rich texture and a good acid vigor that blend with great harmony.
Light cherry in color, in the glass the perlage is fine and resistant. On the nose, the protagonists are strawberries and raspberries.
In the mouth it is slightly savory and extraordinarily fine.
Particularly suitable as an accompaniment to fish and white meat dishes.
