The “Costa Russi” of the famous Piedmontese winery Gaja, has an elegant garnet red color. The nose reveals ripe dark pulp fruit, licorice and tertiary hints of chocolate. The mouth is rich and juicy, powerful and refined in tannins, very long in persistence.
Ideal paired with red meat from caggiagione.
