Cream of food seasoning

Balsamic vinegar cream obtained by slowly cooking grape must. Ideal for desserts, ice cream, and cheeses.
Ingredients: concentrated grape must, Modena balsamic vinegar PGI 20% (violet vinegar, cooked grape must). Contains SULPHITES.
