The best raw materials personally selected by Maestro Tiri, 3 very long leavening periods, 72 hours of processing and a centenary mother yeast give life to a Colomba unsurpassed for softness, digestibility, aroma and taste. The soft and fragrant dough is embellished with the flavor of Lucanian staccia orange and the icing of sugar grains and almonds which is so uniform, crunchy, delicious and light.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange peels 25% (orange, glucose syrup, sugar), butter (milk), sugar, fresh category A egg yolks from free-range hens, natural mother yeast (wheat) , orange paste, honey, malt, salt, natural vanilla pods from Madagascar. Icing 10%: sugar, fresh egg white, almonds, corn flour, rice starch, sunflower oil, cocoa. May contain traces of dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), milk, sesame.
